We offer two Extended Labor Warranty options. Both include our 26-point Maintenance Check twice a year, priority scheduling, and 10% off all repairs. Our warranty plans were created to improve your overall comfort and protect you from the expense of breakdowns in the years to come. We also offer convenient, low monthly payment plans.

5 Year Labor Warranty

The 5 Year Labor Warranty begins from the close of escrow date of the first homeowner.

10 Year Labor Warranty

The 10 Year Labor Warranty is only sold to homeowners who have registered their equipment with the manufacturer after purchase. The warranty begins from the close of escrow date of the first homeowner.

Standard Equipment Parts Warranty

Extended Equipment Parts Warranty

You may extend your parts warranty from five years to ten years by completing an online warranty registration within 60 days of your escrow closing date.

Reasons to get an extended labor & manufacturer’s warranty

Your manufacturer’s warranty will cover parts, but it will not cover labor or maintenance visits. If you have a manufacturer’s warranty, they’ll require that your system is maintained regularly to keep your parts warranty current. With an additional labor warranty, you’ll have all areas of your unit covered: parts, labor, and two free maintenance visits.

Limitations & Exclusions

Please note the following limitations and exclusions on our warranty plans:

  • Must be purchased within the first year
  • Exhaust fans, thermostats, line sets, and duct work installed or damaged by others
  • Wiring outside of the unit (breakers, disconnects, etc.)
  • Water leaks due to lack of maintenance

You must perform routine maintenance on your system annually through Chas Roberts. These visits are included in the price of either warranty. Maintenance cannot be scheduled between June 1st – September 1st.

These warranties are only valid through Chas Roberts. We are not responsible for fees or reimbursements from any other air conditioning or plumbing company.
