If it turns out your A/C unit is broken
If it turns out you’re A/C unit is broken and our HVAC technician has the parts and materials on-hand, we’ll fix the problem then and there—after given the okay from you. However, in some cases, we may have to order or fabricate a part before the part can be installed. If this is the case, we’ll work as fast as possible to get the part you need and get it installed.
