Air Conditioning

Our Comfort Assurance Plan (CAP) for air conditioning is a maintenance agreement that provides you with regular system upkeep. The agreement expires one year after the date it is purchased and provides two planned check-ups during that year – spring and fall. It is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the Federal Government Energy Star recommendations. It also satisfies Chas Roberts’ extended parts and labor warranty requirements for regular maintenance.

Plumbing

Our Comfort Assurance Plan (CAP) for plumbing is an extensive annual plumbing check-up for your home. Chas Robert’s expert plumbers inspect all plumbing related systems from water heaters to water softening units and make adjustments when needed as well as testing water quality. This annual inspection minimizes the effects of hard water and will identify problems before they become disasters, like flooding from a faulty connection.
