The service technician did a good job answering all our questions.

The technician did a great job. He fixed a faulty wiring system that caused me to need service every time I switched from heating to cooling and vice versa. He went out of his way to make the situation right and was very professional and considerate throughout the entire process. He provided excellent customer service and a thorough repair and it's because of his service that I would recommend Chas Roberts in the future.

The service technician went above and beyond to help us out. Not only was it a holiday, but it was late and he stayed and made sure we got heat to get us through the next couple of days until the new part arrived. Later he called to make sure it was still working and to reassure us that that the part was ordered and would arrive in a few days. He offered us a very reasonable price and had good customer service skills. He is an excellent technician and deserves to be recognized!
